For the Location

Setúbal is included in the metropolitan area of Lisbon, capital of Portugal, and borders Alentejo. Thus, it is an important liaison with the south of the country. Setúbal and Barreiro have excellent accessibilities in terms of road, rail and sea-river transport. Some of the main Portuguese roads ensure quick and comfortable liaisons to the whole country as well as the whole Iberian Peninsula. Lisbon International Airport, and the Portuguese capital itself, is within a 40 minutes’ drive away from Setubal. From Barreiro, we only have to cross the River Tejo by boat to get there.
